Have you applied for Financial aid with the school? FAFSA.ed.gov will help you tap into need based financial assistance from both the school and the federal government. Also an idea is to look at a college or school that accepts federal financial aid to cut down on babysitting fees. Also the state government has grants for students too for attending college, and all you need to do is search your state government's website. Good luck!

Fill out a FAFSA, apply for scholarships and grants. A lot of time financial aid will help cover for some of your living expenses. Also, don't be totally against student loans. It may seem like a "bad" choice, but most of the time, you have at least 10 years to pay thems back.
