After drinking 2 cups of carrot juice everyday, when should I be seeing vision results?

I'm drinking 2 cups everyday of pure carrot juice, so when should my vision be getting better? I also eat healthy.

You wont see any better, its a fallacy promoted during WW2 to cover up the fact that the English and invented RADAR! Mind you drink too much and you may well go orange, all that beta carotine is not good for you...;

Yes, if you drink everday somehow it make your skin orange or yellow. You can notice on your skins. Depend how long you been drinking it. But of course it won't make your teeth stained it's good for you teeth and eyes if you drink carrot juice. But some how it help you have a better skins but not get rid of ance. But if your pregnancy if you drink a lot the baby won't skin wont' turned to orange or yellow. But only the mother. To help get reduce your acne the following habit have to be change. 1. Don't eat too oily foods. Such as fry chicken, burger, and chips etc. 2. Drink more waters and eat more vegetables. 3. Sleep early . 4. Wash your face regurly. Do face mask. 5. Reduce your stress by doing exercise.

Carrot juice only improves your night vision. Not your overall vision. And I think the change is so gradual, you probably wouldnt notice it.

It doesn't improve your vision, it helps your vision from going bad. A lack of Vitamin A causes blindness.

Slow down on the carrot juice. It is very high in sugar. 2oz. per hour is the max. I am surprized you aren't in the bathroom all day!

It takes a considerable amount of Vitamin A, before vision improves. . .Rhospsin works best in dim lighting. Don't go overboard, you don't want you're insides permently orange!
