i had 6 teeth on the top at the front porcelain veneered about 5 years ago. my dentist said they have a life of about 10 years. you clean, floss etc as you would normal teeth. i've never had any problems. the only thing that i have noticed is that when eating apples i'm really careful!!

I have veneers on my front teeth. I have never had any problems or worries about eating. When I floss, I I do it gently around the front. I had them fitted 10 years ago - maybe this helps you decide.

I had my teeth veneered 16 years ago when it was still a fairly new procedure. Apart from a small chip which just makes it look more natural, they are fine.

you need to get it checked out with your dentist, not all teeth are suitable for veneers.
they don't break easily, but it does depend on your overbite to how easy it is to chip them off, crowns are more invasive form of cosmetic surgery, but will last longer, however dentists will not always do either if there is no real reason

They set like concrete so you can eat normally. They do not break at all.
