i would ask the doctor.....have your wife go to the docotor and ask him about some good medicines so that it could heal.....

You can try WebMD. But without knowing what the rash looks like, how long she's had it, if it itches, if it comes and goes, if it appears at certain times of the year, if it is on the front or back of her knee, is it dry and cracked looking or shiny and moist looking, if it's getting worse or not, I'd just have to say it's psoriasis.

I don't know how it's spelled, but try exhema (pronounced eggs-eh-ma)...that's the only thing I can come up with. I hate rashes, so I hope that she's able to get it figured out and taken care of soon. Good luck!
