my stew consists of tomatoes, peppers, and onions. However,i have been told not to eat tomatoes because it is an agglutinin. i need an ingredient with the taste and if possible the food values of tomatoes.tomatoes also counteracts the hotness of peppers and chilles.the substitute should be able to counteract the hotness too.
