When I took my drug test, my urine looked pretty clear - is this bad?

I took a urine drug test this Wednesday for pre-employment. I smoked a few hits (3 or 4) of marijuana on October 29th at like 7 in the morning. I'm 5'4, 120 pounds with a fast metabolism, so I figured that 16 days should be enough to pass the drug test. I didn't take any detox drinks, cranberry pills, etc. I usually drink 8 the suggested 8 cups of water a day, it's just a habit and I didn't do it primarily to dilute the test or whatever. After I peed into the cup, I noticed that my pee was pretty clear..can they really hold that against you? I mean, drinking water is normal...how much water would you have to drink for them to consider your sample not valid? And how long does it usually take to get results back? My (hopefully) employer said that they would call when they get the results back about the job, and I'm wondering how long that should take?

PLEASE DON'T LEAVE ANSWERS that say "drugs are stupid", etc. I'm looking for serious answers

edit: Everywhere I've searched, it says Marijuana usually stays in one's system for 30 days for HEAVY (daily) users. I am by no means a heavy user, so I did the math and figured I'd be fine and gave myself at least 15 days. I couldn't afford a home drug test (I'm 16..) so, that's why I'm just guessing.

Clear urine is normally a good thing, but if the water content is too high, or they have some other problem with the sample they will likely just ask you to retest. Of course since pot can stay in your system for a month or so, you might just plain be screwed.

I also just took a drug test and my pee was like super dark yellow. The lady said it takes anywhere from 24-72 hours to get the results back. I got my results back about 2 days later and I got the job! I think the only reason your pee is clear is because your not dehydrated, like me lol You will just have to see, im not sure how long it takes for drugs to run out of your system

It depends on how big or small you are. Skinny people clear it out of their system much faster, because they have less fat for the THC to stick to. I know skinny people who have passed 2 weeks after smoking with out even trying.

If you are big, we might have some problems....

they might tag you for deluting your urine.. which is a sign of drugs then cleaning your system with water. my friend failed his UA for urine diluting ( i can't spell that damn word) so i dunno.. it's a maybe..

also, my other friend smoked pot a day before his UA and passed.. he drank like, a **** load of green tea, and water.
