i know why we loose hair due to stress and short of vitamins
so may be my intake is not healthy

Once the cause is determined and you know ALL options for treating the condition, you can then make a better and more informed choice for yourself.

use aloe vera directly in your scalp. Leave it for a few minutes ..or an hour then use mild shampoo and rinse. DO it everyday and you find result in a week. It will help replace your loss hair. Avoid using hair gel or any other hair product with chemical ingredient.
After a week and no improvement?
Go to a barber shop and make your self bald. Bald people looks cute anyway. (your a guy right)..

For Thin Hair
buy Fenugreek Fenugreek 250g from grocery soak in curd for whole night just take in the morning.grind it like a paste by mixie then apply the paste leave one hour after wash by the paste

go to holland and barrat, or any drug store. look for hair vitamins.
i have the same prob. apparantly BIOTIN is good for hair loss/growth. im going to buy some 2mo hopefuly.
Also, what i find is helping me, go to any indian shop and get some good herbal hair oil. if u cant find a shop, go on ebayor just use olive oil. massage it well onto your scalp. leave on a few hours.
this is beginning to help me. I use almond hair oil. It smells fabulous and its all herbal! :o)
