Something that will help a child with ezcema?

My daughter shes 3 years old and has had really bad eczema breakouts, how can i help her control, besides what the doctors give me for her?

My boy has eczema too. He has had it since he was six weeks old. He also has dry skin with his eczema. Desitin actually seems to help. I use Dove soap for sensitive skin on him and either Zote or Tide Free laundry soap.
