As was already mentioned, your knowledge of the English language is astounding and has most of us completely in awe of your awesomeness.....
Now. In order for you to really know everything, such as how to differentiate between the similar sounding, yet spelled completely different, words such as no, know and now, you will need to pay a little more attention in school.
So, my advice to you, so you can ask this question and be serious about it, is to go back to school. No matter your age, no matter where you are, go to school. Take some English classes, and come back with the proper spelling of the word in your outrageous claim.

I would have to say you do not know everything because you wouldnt have spelled (no) wrong, so before you think you know everything get back to doing your homework and learn something.

Based upon the phrasing of your question it would be because you are a pessimist. If you meant to spell "no" as in the connotation of "know", then you don't know everything.
