Mother nature. Nature produced humans with the ability to out compete all other animals, and they have done just that.

Well, I do believe it is mankind that causes most of it. One day if things don't change, mankind will not be able to survive, We have to deal with, man fight with each other, global warming second. We try to find thing to keep the old to live longer. I think when it is time, we should let the elderly go peacefully to make room for newborn. I don' t know what to do with creating offspring. The more land we use to build new building should be regulated. To many vacant buildings for The rich to capitalize with. If a building is not being used, then sell it and let it either be used or demo. My descendants lived here before white man came many moons ago. Now what do we do. Bob

Extinction has many causes, in the last 200 years it has been primarily the settling of what were formerly wilderness areas.

In other news, most of the thousands of species that became extinct, became extinct in prehistoric times.

Extinction of animals comes in many forms. Most animals that have gone extinct have done so without any human help at all. However, that does not mean that we can run around willy-nilly and kill whatever we please.

Humans. We have systematically reduce the habitat for most of the worlds species. But no one specifically is responceable of the murder of species.
