don't... you'll put on weight.

eat right.. INSTEAD!

exercise.. INSTEAD.. you'll have to anyways.. the body is the engine... the body is the shell.. you have to take care of it if you want smooth running long milage out of it.

drink the water.. ride the bike.. walk the walk. and walk alot of that walk too.

don't try those diets... they're all scams.. if they worked no one would need them and there would be no jenny craig, weight watchers.. atkins... they need fat folks.. they need to have returning customers...

pills... medical.. forget it.. temporary results or failed results.

if you mess with something good.. you'll screw it up and put on the pounds.

just eat right, moderate the garbage and hydrate.. walk and exercise.

that's all there is... it is simple.. remember only eat when you are actually hungry.. not when you feel a craving.
