Anything high in starch. Bread, pasta, potatoes. If I know I will be drinking a lot I will make a pasta dish and eat rolls or bread and butter with it. It will soak up the liquor so you don't get drunk as fast or get sick.

Water. Really, dont forget to hydrate that day. If you drink a few quarts of water 4-5 hours before drinking it will help. But, yes I agree with eating starch too.

Best thing to eat after you drink a lot, especially for a hangover, is greasy, heavy food. Go to a greasy-spoon diner and order those eggs fried in the same pan as the bacon and ham. I don't know what it is, but it works everytime!

If you don't want to be drunk after any kind of alchool try a spoon of sun-flower oil before, but if you want to know what is the best food with beer try roasted and salt sun-flower seeds or a Romanian food named "mititei" - beef, pork and lamb meat mixed garlic, salt and pepper (on grill )

A cheese sandwich or french fries. All that grease will help you with tolerating the beer better. It used to work for me all the time.

it honestly relies upon at this style of beer.. Darker bocks dont flow with an similar issues that a mild ale might want to be solid with. shiner bock is my prominent pizza beer... (and my prominent beer era, and im so satisfied they began distribution in parts except texas.) light ales are solid with grilled lighter meats like poultry, seafood, etc.. BlueMoon & diverse citrus ales are solid with poultry to boot.. Corona w/ slice of lime with nachos & different mexican ingredients are tremendous. With beer, the saltier the more effective it type of feels. Nachos, hotwings, chili, purely bear in mind, that beer, like wine, may be impressive matched to the ingredients. ordinary pairings are beer from the area that the nutrients is from..

Starch slows the absorption of alcohol. Try some bread, pasta or potatoes.
