I almost cried too. I came very close to tears. People know not to drink and drive. They know what can happen. But yet some of them do it anyway. No its not totally their falt for drinking. Its their fault for getting too drunk to realize what they are doing and its their fault for driving after they drink. I don't care if your drunk or not. You should always drive responsively and pay attention to whats around you. Some teenage girl, I think she was 16, did not have a lisens or anything and her parents were not home. She took her dad's truck and was driving down the street. My grandpa was riding beside her on his motor bike. She could plainly see him, but yet she wanted to go to McD's. So to McD's she went. She hit my grandpa. And the truck she was in was a pretty big truck. My grandpa was in the hospital for a while with broken ribs, broken elbow, and more. I know my story doesn't relate to drunk driving, but Im just trying to say that everyone who is on the road should be careful and drive like you are supposed to. Not like you want to. I wish the best for this girl and her family. Even though she was in this accident, she is still beautiful. It's what's on the inside that counts. =)

There is no excuse to drink and drive. Always call a cab or have a designated driver. My life changed forever the night I got a ride with a buddy who had had 2 drinks. We were in a head on collision that landed me in the hospital for 8 months. I still live in chronic pain every day of my life. Think before you make a fatal decision. Thanks for reminding everyone of this with the holidays coming up.

hopefully, you do no longer would desire to sue everyone. right this is the way it relatively is going to artwork. There are 2 sides to the declare, sources (your automobile) and actual harm. the valuables component is incredibly effortless, the coverage company pays up a sort of three, the quantity to restoration the vehicle, the quantity the vehicle is well worth, or the quantity of assurance the driving force has. Whichever of those 3 is way less, is what they pays to you. For the actual harm they might desire to pay on your scientific expenses and any time removed from artwork which you will have misplaced because of the twist of destiny. while you're completely injured you possibly entitled to greater, yet relies upon on the severity of your injuries and how it consequences your potential to artwork and stay your widespread existence. Courts are high priced for coverage companies and that they're going to prefer to settle with you and your lawyer so which you will desire to no longer would desire to truly sue everyone.

I am against drunk drivers simply because it is against the law. The world offers us plenty of opportunities to make the right choices, choosing to drink and drive is no exception. Drunks need to be taken down and thrown away. A disease ? MY A$S its a disease.... I don't see anyone going to a cancer bar !!! Excuses excuses by loser after loser!
Have a safe holiday season!!
