Have a friend who I've known since forever and he told me a long time ago that he wishes he had hooked up with me when he had the chance. I just blushed and blew it off. He came by to see me today and it was weird like he had something on his mind. Then he has been hinting to me all day about getting with me....is this something I should forget about like I did before or should I do it???

Don't make the same mistake twice. There is a reason you have been friends for so long. Do it and take the chance. You have to think about it this way....You take chances with total strangers all the time without knowing them at all. Why not give the same chance to someone you know you already LOVE!!!

you have 2 choices: 1. you can decline and just stay friends forever and sometyme in the future give him a chance, or 2. If you go out with him and something happens and you guys break up, then it would be awkward for u guys to be like u used to be. think about it.

I lost my best friend because of this. We didn't even actually have sex, just fooled around. I had know him for over 15 years and he was my rock. When he met someone and decided to get married, he disappeared out of my life. Literally. He called me to tell me he was getting engaged and he was sorry if it hurt me (it didn't, I was happy for him). He told me his fiance did not want him to see me again because we had been intimate. Within a month, his phone was disconnected and he was gone. This is the deepest hurt of my life.

Yes and no. In general, guys aren't friends with girls unless there is some sort of physical attraction, even if it's very small. If it doesn't work out, there is the risk destroying your friendship. You just have to decide if it's worth the risk.

You might want to sit down with him and talk about what a romantic relationship would do to your friendship before you jump ahead. Make sure you are both on the same page.

well...ask him straight up, is it just a hook up or does he want something more? If its just a hook up is he going to be weird around you? If he is goin to be all weird round you than I would say its not worth the quick fix or the friendship.

This is actually a very serious question! I think there's a question behind it that you need to ask yourself: Do you want to be closer than friends with him? If not, don't mess around or you'll ruin the friendship!

Yes! Very Bad News. Honestly the ONLY relationship that sex will improve is a marriage. If you like him as a friend keep him out of your bed.

Hon, I know the situation you are talking about..it's really rather simple when it comes down to it--does he make you happy?

If the answer to that is yes, then I think you should explore it further.
