Meat in general has the most protein,but you can find it in a lot of vegetables , eggs and milk . .It is a big subject ,So it would be best to get a book about nutrition . You need 0.8 g protein on every kilo and more depending on your activity.Try to get a book "life in zone".

any meat and nuts especially cashew if u want to be really healthy ... eat protein after exercise good for muscle repair ... too much protein in diet will give bad breath and infrequent poo,s
