Salmon. Fresh Salmon, lemons and line, garlic and parsley. Squeze the fresh lemons and limes into a pan. Sprinkle finley minced garlic on top of the Salmon. DONT REMOVE the skin! Put the Salmon in the juice, and let it marinade for an hour. Pan fry or bake, adding the juice to keep it moist. Pair it up with Broccoli and Cheese rice, and your good to go.

Mix up some flour, eggs, and good beer together into a batter. Roll some tilapia fillets in, and drop 'em in a pot of hot oil. Easy AND delicious.
