I guess my cat stepped in wet litter last night and it was stuck all over her back paw. It seems better today but I cannot really tell because she won't let me look at it. I'm sure it was probably worse when it was wet, but I'd like to know how to remove it wet or dry. Thanks.

leave it alone. trying to look at it and clean it will only stress the cat out. cat's are very neat animals that clean themselves. if you leave her alone, she'll take care of it.

Clean the litter box out more often, put a mat infront of the litter box so that they can wipe their paws once they get finished and also try a warm rag.

Try soaking it in some warm soapy water.. Use a mild detergent or maybe even some baby shampoo. Sometimes even some hair conditioner will help break up the matter.. Luck 2 you

Soak her paw in water. That will loosen it up easily and any that is left, just gently rub a rag across her paw while in the water.

I like to use baby wipes to clean off my cat in spots that she can't reach esp., like on her head. One or two quick swipes with a baby wipe will usually do the job.
