take a tea bag of peppermint tea and a tea bag of camomille. let it in there for about 5 min. add some mil and sugar if you like. gets a great taste then. to your tea eat some cookies....just relax and enjoy

Depending on the mood setting you are trying to accomplish, peppermint tea is good. Especially early in the morning it alleviates any gases you may intake before your first meal.

If it is the morning bed tea,then nothing to eat .... but enjoy the freshness of tea cup,.Yes if it is breakfast then you may have bread butter and spicy omelet!!!!!nice and fine ....
