Acids and pregnancy?

Question

I have heard salicylic acid (which is in my face and body washes) is not to be used during pegnancy. But what about other acids in different skin care products. Inparticular Mandelic acid or Malic acid.

they are all safe, in fact even salicylic acid use is safe. You have to avoid retin A, but thats only available with a prescription
