You must declare ALL Earnings, then its up to the benefits office to decide how much is deducted. And if far better to declare it that not and then find out that the Benefits department has been making background checks into you and ending up with a criminal record.

You have to by law to declare everything! it depends on what benifit you are claiming if its JSA it has to be under 16hrs and you can only earn £5 if you are a single person £10 if you are a couple and £15 if you are a loan parent or have disabilty.
If you are on income suppport or incapacity benifit the rules are different. recomend you contact your local Jobcentre Plus to discuss your options dont try to fraud the system as they have anti fraud officers who do make checks and will catch up with you. hope this helps

You do need to declare everything. If it is less than that amount, you won't lose your benefits.
Why not working full time and stop being a parasite though?
