I know you get Vitamin D from the Suns UV rays but do you also get Vitamin C?

No. Humans need to consume vitamin C unlike some animals whose bodies can manufacture it.

Your body does not get vitamin D from the sun.
It uses sunlight to synthesize Vitamin D.
Vitamin C comes form the food you eat.

Not that I know of, yes you do get the Vitamin D which helps your body absorb Calcium better. as for the C i'm really not sure.

Vit. D comes from the sun. Vit. C from fruit & veggies. Citrus fruit is high in the C.

The sun dosn't provide any vitamens. It does however help in breaking down complex vitamen D that is already in you system, helping your body to process it.
