1st u mean zina not zona
2nd it arabic words mean
pitch son of whore
but zina mean that his mother get pregnanet of him without marrage

I THINK specifically that zon means whore, and manyook is where the word "maniac" in English comes from, so you can see where this is going..Maniac, son of a whore...
