i took him to the vet like 20 times in 2 months because he was sick when i got him.... the vet said he is a little underweight but on the web i read that you should feel their ribs and see their weist clearly.... so i'm not sure... maybe he is underweight because he was sick and was on diet for 2 weeks eating only chicken and rice? but he's being on a normal diet for 3 weeks now....

According to my average growth chart, that would make him about 55-60 pounds when grown, so that is pretty small for a Rottweiler..He may be having kidney issues or parasite problems..

Get your puppy examined by a Vet and make sure he is wormed and given shots on schedule. If you had gone to a Vet they would have given you this information. Three months old without a Vet visit is not good. I don't like to see this sort of question because it indicates a person is not being a responsible owner.

Under-weight is an under-statement......

I know a doberman pup is usually about 15 lbs at 8 wks... your rotti is an entire month beyond that... feed him a little more several times a day!

sounds a little under-weight. take him to the vet to be sure.. Does he look or feel skinny? malnourished? is he eating? Only your vet would know... Good luck to you... I love Rotts by the way
