i dont know what it is but lately i've been eating so much, i know its probably cuase i sit at work all day and do nothing so i get extremely bored which makesme think that i am hungry.. but i dont want to eat this much anymore it gives me a stomache ache everyday andi dont want to get fat. which i am probably on my way.. does anyone have any suggestions as to whati should do? and nooo i am not pregnant so dont even mention it.. i just get bored, so i eat, i want to eat less, i justt need to know how.. i know i know, i need some serious self control but apparently i dont have any of that right now.. so any other idea's?!? please help!

If you take a few sips of coconut milk before each meal, or snack, it will curb your appetite, coat your stomach with a natural fruit fat, and you will eat less...
It's very healthy, and helps to balance the PH (acid levels) in your stomach. I safely lost 15 lbs. in one month doing this...
If you take too much however, it will become a laxative, so go slow in the beginning...
Also, increasing your sexual activity, will also inhibit your appetite...

Maybe you have depression and/or anxiety issues? If so you should try a lose dose of Lexapro, Prozac, Zoloft, etc. Often times people "self-medicate" with food or drink. This is too bad considering alcohol is a depressant and very few people are happy to be overweight.

i was like that two but i had to stop it! find something to occupy urself and stick strictly to 3 meals a day after u get pass the 1st 2nd day u will get used to it also u can have snacks in between but make sure they are small and jus snacks believe in urself control urself i noe its hard but u will sonn get used 2 it

hey i have that problem to so i understand!!
i think that you need to do something else so that you don't think about eating!!!
if you r at work don't bring that muc food or don't that much money to buy food!!!
