Mav try and put this as plainly as possible. As Christians, we are encouraged to have hot, steamy, wild, toe curlin', hair straightening, screaming, orgasmic monkey sex with our spouse.
And Mav happy for that!

No. Wicca understands that sexuality is part of being human and recognizes the beauty of a sexual relationship between a man and a woman (in a COMMITTED relationship - it doesn't advocate sleeping with anything that wanders by), or a man and a man, or a woman and a woman, or any couple that wants to express their love for each other in a physical way. It's one of the ways two souls can join and become one.

NOPE!! Not in the least; me and the sweet looking wench that married me have a delicious time with each other. Sometimes with the rock n roll the bed ends up on the other side of the room. Good times are always to be had with safe sex!

In a way you could say, does sex hinder your faith, as we try to conceal and duck and dive one from the other.
in the state of marriage sexual activity is always permissible and should not be considered wrong or bad,in the marriage bed it is always a gift of love, one to the other, and God intended it to be so.
other than this it is abuse of the gift and yes some people will feel cheap and dirty.

If it does, then you have misunderstood religion, and the shortcoming is inside of yourself!
Not only does the Old Tetsament say, 'Be fruitful and multiply', but in Tantric Yoga (Hindu), the highest ecstacy you can achieve, is a prolonged orgasm, while facing your partner, with your eyes wide open...

Because of my faith I personally don't believe in sex outside of marriage. I was a virgin on my wedding night. Was it a hindrance? Not at all and I am actually very happy that I waited. I was able to give my husband something special that night and vice versa. We have a awesome sex life.

As a Catholic, I was definitely sexually repressed. I saw sex as a chore and a convenience for the male to enjoy. Now that I am in recovery, I do enjoy a good romp more now than ever.

Are you serious? It is only within God's plan that sexual union can reach the full depth of fulfillment and pleasure that God intended. The simplistic, shallow pleasures of uncommitted, recreational, immature sexual promiscuity can't even begin to compare.

When I was young I made love to about a 100 women. then I fell in love.but she died. I can not just have sex now. its nothing. its disturbes me to just have sex. there must be true love involved in it.If I didnt have the love of God in me. I dont think I would feel that way,sex is something for people who love each other, other wise we are just animals breeding. When my wife and I were together we made love 3 to 4 times a day. a lot of days..it was great, sex between people that love each other is something almost spiritual in nature. There is nothing dirty about sex.if you have true love in your heart.
