I feel kind of dumb because it has to be something simple....but....I must confess.....I own a pc and am not as familiar with Macintosh computers. (I would love to have a Mac of my own someday......and I would like to know how to customize it!)

You didn't specify, so I'll assume you're using OS X... Go to System Preferences (there should be an icon in the dock or you can go to the Apple Menu and find it in the drop-down list).

There should be an icon at the top for Desktop & ScreenSaver. Click it and find the ScreenSaver tab at the top. Select that, and you will find a list of possible screen savers to your left to choose from.

From there, you can even specify specific folders to use if you've downloaded screensavers or want to use family photos, etc.
