I have a boyfriend of one month, and we we're sitting together and he kept putting his hand beside him on the seat, playing with his jeans, and stuff. I really don't know how to "de-code" the signal(s) so couold anyone offer some tips so I could know and how to respond?

Uh, I apologize if this question seems a bit patronizing, but how old are you? Are you like 12? People who have been "dating" for a month should have no problem with "holding" somebodies hand. In fact, people usually end up doing that before they even start dating a lot of the times...but I guess middle school drama was quite a while ago for me...if you like him, there is no problem with holding his hand, it's not the end of the world.

Most relationships lasting longer then 1 month have usually gone a lot ferther then Holding hands... But yeah, next time he does it, play with his hand... if he trys to let go then he obviously wasnt trying to.

Stop over analyzing... if you want to hold his hand then hold it if he doesnt want you holding it then he'll pull away or not hold it back... and in anycase this is not a big deal at all!

Just reach out and HOLD his hand... He'll appreciate you making the first move and respect you more for it later!

Just do the same thing. Let your hand just brush his and watch his reaction. If he moves towards you, he wants to touch you, if he stays still, it's not time yet.

Maybe but if you really want to hold his hand, you don't have to wait for him to be brave, just grab his hand! Good Luck!

Next time this situation arrises, just grab his hand and sweetly smile at him....if that's not what he wanted, then you will know. He will move his hand away, or something. Just grab his and take it from there.
