I need some tips on how to gain a couple of pounds. Can you help me?

Doritos. Pizza. Junk food. no seriously go to your doc and see if you should see a nutritionists or if your naturally skinny. if you need to gain weight drink some protein shakes and eat. dont over eat but eat poorly. that always packs on the pounds.

Eat tons of carbohydrates. While they give you a couple of pounds they also balance things out and give you a lot more energy.
As for working out, do less cardio and more weight training. I hope this goes well for you!

eat slot of food till you're stuffed or go to a doctor
a doctor is the best choice

if you want to gain more "fat" pounds:
eat more carbs
exercise less
don't read food labels
enjoy

if you want to gain more "muscle" pounds:
eat more protein
skip the carbs

eat...especially breakfast
if you're working out.....cut back on the cardio for awhile til you get to the weigh tyou want to be at
