There are a few besides the ones already mentioned. Taurus makes a 45/.410, Magnum Research makes a BFR single-action revolver, Bond Arms makes the Snake Slayer derringer in addition to the C2K, And American Derringer makes one too.

The 5 shot .45/410 revolver, is called the "thunder five"
It is also avalible in 45-70!
Thompson-Center arms makes a .45 Colt/410 shotgun bbl. for the TC contender single shot pistol as well.
A few years ago a 12 shot .45/410 revolver was made based on the street sweeper - I think it was made by Cobray
More than one company has manufactured .45/410 over and under 2 shot derringers based on the Remington .41 rimfire derringer of old-west fame.

You might be thinking of the Thompson Contender or Encore. It is a pistol with interchangable barrels. .410 is one choice, s well as a variety of other pistol AND high powered rifle rounds. Here is a link
