probably u aren't that shy at all .. it might be ur are afraid of the consequences thinking that u cannot handle them.. you will never grow up if u will never change.. you are afraid that u might get failed... do not be afraid of failures coz that failures come with learning and learning makes you a better person with better judgement...and in that u will know how will u supposed to handle certain things in ur life.. or probably ur just lack of confidence.....figure out ur insecurities and find out how will u erased it by changing it being confident...

Learn TO love i know it sounds all hippy and all but seriously if u learn to love ur friends family the little things in life and U will juss forget about All THE $Hit in this messed up society

Try to talk with every person.when you will share your feelings with everyone you will get confidence to talk to everybody.
Nobody will tell you that why are you talking so much.
Speak to everybody,whatever is in your mind.
Dont try to hide it.
definitely you ll get rid of this problem soon.
