I got this today from a man who claims to be a Christian.

"there is a force other then the force of god,and the power of the devil. I am going to use it against you.You have an enemy now in me. because you are evil.No I am Not going to pray for you, you are evil.why should I pray for someone thats evil.you will begine to feel the effects soon.hopefully your life will end soon. I am not kidding, you think I am some one who prays for evil people, I am out to get you, you will pay for being evil.you reap what you sow, you have sown evil. you say your a demonoligist, you worship the devil. I am against the devil, I have killed devil worshippers, you are in my sights,I will hurt you thru this power, you invited me to do this to you, by insulting me question."

Or is this person just crazy and not really a Christian? Wow! I've never seen so much hatred and anger in one person before!

Religion is a path to spiritual enlightenment, not a weapon. Those who use their religion as a sword, shall be cut by their own word.

Plus there are people out there like that man, who are so focused on believing that their religion is the only correct one, that they go out of their way to make enemies out of those who do not follow their religion. I've met a few people like this, and honestly, the world needs less of them.

I think any rational human being would agree that this person's attitude pretty well embodies the definition of "evil."

So... does this person represent a legitimate threat to your safety? That is, is this just some nutbag a jillion miles away who's writing to freak you out, or is it some freak down the block who has "LOVE" and "HATE" tattooed on his knuckles and knows where you live?

If it's the former... delete that message and block the sender. You don't need that tsuris in your life.

If it's the latter... forward this message to your local authorities. It's every bit as illegal to kill so-called "devil worshipers" as it is to kill kindergarteners, old people, or anybody else, so this is an admission of guilt in a capital crime as well as a clear threat to you.

Some people are just dorks who make empty threats. And some people show up at high school with a shotgun and a case of ammunition. You have to think hard about which category this particular person falls under.

No sweety real christian pray for those who do such a thing for there eyes to be opened and see what God has or them and to know that they do have a purpose in the kingdom. Some people are foolish and have no right to judge others. Father i pray that you are with this woman and help her understand you ways and dont let her be fooled by people that dont know what there talking about. Lord i ask that you show her the truth and not let ehr be blinded in Jesus name Amen

I certainly hope that this is not a common thing.

I honestly don't know how common it is, though.

Take a deep breath and let go of it.

The hatefulness this person is manifesting doesn't belong to you. It says nothing true about you.

If it speaks to anything, it speaks to the spiritual state of the person who sent it.

And remember, sister....the best revenge is living well.

He said he wasn't going to pray for you? That's mean.
Even if someone believes in something other than what they believe, they should still pray for them.
What one person believes is the truth, isn't always what the other person believes is the truth. That person wasn't really a Christian or a caring person. He sounded like a fanatic.

Did you answer Bast's Kat's question yesterday? It's attached. She got an abbreviated version of that (HORRIBLE) message. Sounds like it might be the same person.

Sounds like the guy has a lot of anger. As Christians we're taught that to Love one another.

The guy must be way off in the head. after all how can a religion that lets men & women get naked & dance around in the moonlight around a bonfire partying all night be bad?
