Which state has the lowest state taxes for a business? Or, maybe no business tax at all!

Nevada is frequently considered the best state for business second is Texas. But you want to be more specific as to the nature of your business before you move to that state.

Wyoming is the lowest tax state of all. They also have very good corporate privacy laws.

Just one thing to add....
You pay taxes in the states where you operate not where you are incorporated.
....in case that was where your question was heading.....

I dont know the best, but I can tell from what everyone locally says, Michigan is the worst.
