Canada is out. They don't admit people convicted of DUI.

You will be asked on your license application if you have ever had a DUI or are suspended in other states. If you lie and get caught, That is a lot worse then a DUI. Jail would be a real possibility.

You shouldn't drive if you license has been suspended anywhere. But if it came right down to it, I'd rather risk driving without a license then obtaining a license fraudulently. Once you sign the application, that can be held over your head for many years. Even after the suspension and DUI are long in the past.

If you have a valid license right now you can most likely turn it in for a new license in any state if you take the test and have proof of residency.

Probably not. Been in law enforcement for over 25 years and usually DMV will run a records check. If you do happen to get one your past will catch up with you.

Most all states have reciprocity with other states. The age of the computer is so great.

yeah im sure you can. i live in nj, and i have crazy tickets in ny. im sure i have alot of warrants over there. but when my license is checked in nj. nothing from ny comes up.
