Way too young to be caring about your weight. You didn't tell us your gender either, but I'll assume your female. Even if your 5'4 and 175 pounds, your still growing and in a few years everything can change. Just eat healthy and exercise if you can and you'll be fine.

For 13, that's about right. Once you get older, you should weigh a little bit more, but you're doing well now! Definitely don't lose weight though; if you weigh too little or have malnutrition issues at your age, it could stunt your growth.

i would say a little on the light side...putting on a few pounds wouldn't hurt you. however, i wouldn't worry about it too much, you certainly don't seem drastically underweight, but definitely do not think you're overweight!!!!
