At 6 she's probably bored with what she sees as something for little kids. If she careful with the markers, she is obviously capable of being careful. Instead of coloring things in, have her draw things on blank paper. Up the interest level for her.

Chances are that if she's scribbling with the crayons, she doesn't want to really be colouring, or at least doesn't want to be colouring with the crayons. Provide her with an activity she enjoys more.

Let her use the markers. I think she prefers them over crayons because they have deeper/brighter/ colors.
Let her go at her own pace and in time she will do good with crayons.

She may not be as developmentally mature in terms of fine motor skills as her sister. This may just not be a type of activity she is interested in or enjoys. Kids are different.
Remember the important thing is not the coloring in itself but the skills the coloring represents. Those skills are very important to success in school. How are her pencil and paper skills, her printing skills? If those are developing well I would be less inclined to worry about the coloring.

huh?
do you want her to take more pride in coloring or do YOU want to have more pride in her coloring?
Have you had her checked to she if she needs glasses?
if no, then . .
Can she do a dot-to-dot drawing (neatly enough)?
if yes, then . .
CONGRATULATIONS!!
You have 2 children that are unique individuals!
If You want her to be proud of HER work, post her drawings on the fridge, take one of hers to work, tell her you did, show her you did that.
Its just coloring
why is this question in home schooling?
hmmmmm. . .

maybe you can encourage your 6 year old kid to become a contemporary artist. the museum of modern art has plenty of scribbled pictures.

Maybe she is expressing individuality, creativeness and a strong will. I would view that behavior as a positive thing!
