First of all, you needto learn how to spell properly and also the correct words to use when asking a questions. As these are alos important when writing an essay.
I'm no expert nor a smoker but I believe that there is tar and nicotine found in cigarettes.
I would suggest that you try search engine such as google or yell.com and other research materials such as case studies done by universities and doctors.

A cigarette contains so many chemicals, in fact as many as a 1000. Since you only need 9, here there are:
Acetic acid
Amyl alcohol
Benzyl benzoate
Caffeine
Tartaric acid
Menthol
Sugar alcohols
Phosphoric acid
Eucalyptol
Smoking causes lung cancer, heart disease, and may complicate pregnancy.

One of the affects of smoking is something called chronic obstructive pulmanery disease not sure of the spelling but i know its not nice. It the restriction of breath in and out of the lungs making breathing laboured even when at rest. Check the NHS direct site for more details

Dry mouth, wheezing, increase in phlegm/mucus, possible throat cancer, lung cancer, loss of vocal use. The huge company that deals with cigarettes has a website that MAY tell you over 100 of the different chemicals in a cigarette/
