Go on a liquid diet. Get a bodybuilding supplement with liquid protein and carbs and drink one only when you are very hungry about every 3-4 hours. Weight will drop off. Fast but no so healthy.

I agree with that guy. Stop eating. that's really the only rational explanation..if you want irrational, well...there's laxatives and purging if you're really desperate.
