I make a dish at Thanksgiving every year!! It's a sweet potato dish, I would never eat them till I found this recipe. I never measure and it's easy. Peel and cook your sweet potatos, mash, mix in orange juice or concentrate and 1 egg. mix in a little sugar. Put in a cassorole dish. For topping mix brown sugar, butter, and coconut make it a crumble topping thickness, top the potatos and bake on 350 for 30 - 45 min. So yummy. Look at Kraftfoods.com for more recipes, you just put in a ingrediant!
