I'm looking for a hamburger meat spaghetti sause recipe. I don't want to use caned tomatos or fresh one just tomato paste or tomato sause. Any help would be helpful.

Sounds like you already made it, just don't use the paste. Sauce,Italian herbs, ground beef, sounds like a bachelors meal. Why no paste? Paste is for a structured sauce containing many ingredients, with what you have to work with it just doesn't make sense.

Ingredients
1-29oz Can of tomato sauce
1/2 clove Garlic
1/4 cup Diced onions
1-tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1-tbs Basil or cilantro
2 tbs Olive oil

Preparation
In large sauce pan mix all ingredientsn bring to boil rapidly, reduce heat to slow simmer keep covered. stir every minute or so to avoid sticking and to mix ingredients. simmer for 30 to 45 minutes with lid on.

Cook's Notes
for chunky style add muchroom ends and pieces and 15 oz can of diced tomatos

My family loves my spaghetti sauce...I take my favorite spag sauce, add Italian seasonings, oregano, a little garlic, sugar, and cinnamon or nutmeg. I like sweet sauces as opposed to sour sauces. I never measured, I just add and taste til I get the flavor that I want.
