Do a detox. A lot of people do it different ways and say to do different things but this is what I have found works the best. For the first three days you drink nothing but water you can add a natural maple syrup (you can find this in the health isle in your grocery store) and lemon (hold the pulp). Which cleans your system completely out. In the three days you want to soak your body in epsom salt for about an hour and then scrub off. Do this once a week. For the next two weeks you will be a strict fruit diet. The first seven days you eat one type of fruit per meal so lets say pineapples for breakfast and bananas for lunch and grapefruit for dinner. The good thind is you can eat as much as you would like. and then the following week you can mix it up.

After all of this it should narrow down your bad cravings and eat less portions. Its a good idea to this twice a year or more. What happens is your body gets filled with all of these toxins and this detoxifies. I think its great. I have heard of people drinking nothing but water for the entire two weeks but I havent quite got to that yet. Three days is hard enough. But it works great. If you decide not to do the fruit for the next two weeks be very carefull what you eat because you can gain your weight back or worse more.

The quickest way in the world to lose weight is to cut off an arm or a leg!

But...since that's really not practical for everyday life, and if the quick weight loss is absolutely necessary, you should consult a nutritional advisor or doctor on just how little you can get away with eating before your body goes into starvation mode. You want to eat more than that amount, because otherwise your metabolism slows down to compensate for fewer calories and you don't lose weight as quickly. Try diuretics, reduced calorie diets, vigorous exercise, lower sodium intake as it promotes water retention, all that good stuff!
