Eat an orange & an apple everyday ~ oranges boost your immune system & help remove toxins. Apples are a wonderful blood purifier. Green tea with some honey grown in your area.
A really good toxic cleaning regimine is to drink lemon water (just a couple of fresh lemons squeezed into a pitcher of water) and try to stay away from soda pop, red meat & junk food when you do the lemon water. When I use it I only drink that along with cranberry juice. Good luck!

The best way to clear your body of toxins is to undertake a process of juice fasting, which means staying off solid foods for a period of time, also during the fasting you must relax and so you couldnt undertake a stressful job or keep going to the gym every day.
**If you have never done any fasting then its best to only undertake a short term fasting for 3-4 days. I undertook a long fasting because I was seriously ill but the fasting probably helped save my life or saved me from radical surgery to my colon.
I fasted for 14days and Yes! this definately detox'd my system, but fasting is something that has to be approached with respect and care, its NOT a frivolus game to be taken litely.
**The juices you can safely use are:- carrott, celery and apple. Juice these veg/fruit into a liquid and use as follows x3 parts juice to one part spring or bottled water. for 3-4 days that should help to detox your system.

be careful when getting rid of toxins. The body stores them in your fat cells so that they are out of the way and not harming yuor body. When you do things to purge toxins they must go into your blood stream to get form those fat storage cells to the parts of the body that pulls them out of your blood and sends them on their way.
During tht time they are in your bloodstream you rbody may react to them.
This produces side efffects.
Often ridding one of toxins casues one to feel that they are coming down with a cold.
Or other things.
I know of several ways to dothis emaio me if you want to know I can ot tellyou over this service. The rules prevent it.

I believe a practice of fasting once a month can help. Try to reduce soda tea and coffee and use water or milk. The body during a fast will produce food grade solvents that will dissolve fat and garbage. There is no way to drink these solvents. Fasting alone is mostly a neurotic skill so you will need a friend to do it with you.

Don't go too mad or overdo it or you may get even more tired than you already are. Start by trying to cut out tea/coffee / caffeine / fizzy drinks / alcohol and sugary snacks. Give it a few days on this before you try anything more serious.
