I like a girl but I'm taking it S-L-O-W since we work together. I intent to keep it slow but I also want to make I don't fall into the friend category. Any tips on how I can subtly drop that I like her? Maybe some suggestions on things to say or visual cues.

I always find a way to touch someone. If walking by them when you say "excuse me" touch them. No where that will get you in trouble... Just physical contact will send subtle hints, over time she'll get it. Then you can add genuine compliments, but not every day.

ask her out casually to lunch or coffee (or something like that) a few times.....then work your magic slowly until you think the time is right to throw hints that you like her.
