Okay I have this great idea for a tattoo, I want a sexy cartoon girl that looks like me standing in front of like flames and stuff. Its got a lot of meaning behind it and I was wondering if anyone knew a site where I can design a girl that kind of looks like me. I want it to look sort of like a pin-up girl. Also if you have any neat pictures of some I'd love to see them.

Or you could try surfing the web looking through tattoo galleries. Alot of artist post there work on the web so people can see and see what they can do. So you might find something pre made on a site and then you can have the person fine tune it to your needs.

Why not just go to a reputable tattoo artist, and ask them to draw one up for you?

Yeah, they are right. Find the right artist, one in a reputable shop, and that works in a style you like. Take it from there.
