You are a little bit overweight, 150lb is the cut off point for your height, but for what it's worth your measurements sound fine. It seems you carry most of your weight around your bust and hips, which is no bad thing. You have a good waist size, which is considered very healthy, as it puts you at less risk of heart disease and diabetes. It's up to you if you want to lose weight, but I wouldn't go overboard. Working out and toning up would probably help your confidence. You sound very voluptuous with curves in all the right places and I'm sure your bf thinks you are beautiful and sexy. Take care : )

If you follow that bmi crap, then yes you would be considered over weight. But, really you you dont sound to bad. It good you carry most of your weight in your hips and bust. A curvy figure is always hot!!!lol Im 150 and 5'7. I used to think i was fat, but i realized that with 36 DD bust size, i shouldnt try to classify myself with a woman who wear the average size 36 C.
but if you really want to lose a little weight do it. But you sound fine the way you are. Numbers are not everthing. As long as your heathy and your body is in proportion, then i dont see the problem.
5'5 is the average heght for a women. Im 5'7 and about 80%of the women i come in contact with are shorter than me....my mom is 5'2 and i have to like bend down to hug her lololol....
just have confdence luv...big or small men like them all...
peace and love- chai

I'm 5'8" nd my target weight from the doctor is 136 lb.
I think you should be about 120 to be healthy and slim.
Your measurements indicate a heavy layer of fat, but with weight loss, all the proportions should diminish.
If you're serious about the weightloss, there is a great, be it a little tough thing you can do.
The diet is called 1st Personal DIet and it's created just for you.
Your blood is tested for hormone and enzyme levels and you receive your own food prescription. Within 12 weeks you pretty much get to normal.
I've lost almost 80 pounds on it.
go to www.1stpersonaldiet.com and check it out.
It does take perseverance, but makes you feel great, all the food you eat gives you a surge of energy, so you get a lot done, and the weight drops off unbelievably.
And the kicker is - you don't have to work out untill you feel like it.
Best of luck.

5'5" is a great height for women, not too short and short enough to be considered petit and lady like, 4sure! By your Body Mass Index, you're overweight. Depends on if your muscle or fluff! Do you feel comfortable with your body? Does it cause you problems? Do you get winded after walking up stairs? You have a small waist, so that's not bad. If you don't feel attractive, tone up! Eat better, no sugar, pop, pastries or chips and crap like that :-) The important thing is, is to be happy with you and your body.

Well it doesn't sound bad and i'm sure you look fine. According to the standards of weight though you are overweight but i wouldn't stress it, when you get to about 180 then you should worry. And the average height of females are 5'4 so you are actually 1 inch taller.. yayyy!!! Any ways you must have a killer shape...be proud. A 28 waist is pretty normal. But like i said before if i looked at you i wouldn't think you are fat, overweight or chubby. I'd think you're normal..

You do not need help. I would say you are just growing into your body and with the world. It is just a phase. If you are feeling uncomfortable try walking 2 times a week. You will feel better right away. I know it sounds lame but as long as you feel good about yourself you will have confidence.

You should weigh between 135-155.
You're not far from that..And..Are you short?..To some people yes..To most people no. There are a lot of people shorter than you so don't feel bad. I'm 5'4, 22, and I should weigh between 135-151 or some **** like that.

Forget about your BMI or the correct weight for your height. The question is ... are you happy with your body right now? Do your clothes fit OK? If your clothes seem tight, drop the candy, sodas and fast food. That's all!! About your height, I think it's perfect.

You're a perfect height.
But 20-30lbs less would be good. Live a healthy lifestyle, and your body will follow- it won't have any choice.
don't go on any crazy diets. Just eat well, often, and exercise in a way that you enjoy.
