Wow, I don't think you're going to get a scientific answer to that one, especially among people who can't even agree if there IS a God. My own opinion is that God has always existed, therefore the question of how he was created is meaningless. Science does sort of explain how he made the earth, you can check out some books on it, basically stuff that came from our Sun and began to orbit it.

God does not live in time. He was not created. As much as people know He always was because he was from the beginning of time. Only humans know time. A better question would have been... Before the time of earth, There was God. Was there a "time" before God or has He always been?

The Holy Quran : Chapter: 24 (The Light), Verse:36

[24:36] God is the light of the heavens and the earth. His light is as if there were a lustrous niche, wherein is a lamp. The lamp is inside a glass-globe. The globe is, as it were, a glittering star. The lamp is lit from the oil of a blessed tree -an olive - neither of the East nor of the West, whose oil well-nigh would shine forth even though fire touched it not. Light upon light! God guides to His light whomsoever He pleases. And God sets forth parables for men, and God knows all things hidden.

There was nothing before God. Something had to be first. As far as how did He make the earth, all you have to do is read Genesis. If you'd like more information than that you'll need to talk to God Himself.

I dont understand the question really but see if this help. If you believe or know Greek Mythology supposidly Chaos came before God and Night came before all the Gods cause she was the Grandmother of the Gods But I think the answer you are looking for is Chaos. But thats according to Greek Mythology. The way I was taught is that nothing came before God he was just there nothing made him. And he simply made the earth just by speaking it into existance. But nothing and nobody made God. Like I said I aint sure if this is the answer you was looking for or not but I hope it helps you.

God is not a thing of physical nature but the energy of the
universe from which all things perceived as physical are manifested. This energy does not operate in the confines
of the physical which require concepts like begin, end etc.,
and as such the creator was not created, but, just is.

Do you understand infinity? Infinity has no beginning and no end. God is infinite. He has no beginning and no end. You really need to read the Bible starting with the first chapter of Genesis. There are some things that have to be taken on faith. Either you believe in God or you don't. If you don't I feel sorry for you when you find out he really exists and you didn't believe.

Nothing came before God. He was not created. God has always been. He has no beginning and no end. He is eternal. With God all things are possible. He only needs to speak a word and it is so. He only needed to speak and creation came to be.

God bless,
