I am 5' tall, weigh 120 lbs and am a size 36D. I love my cup size but because I am so short and not a size 0, I look chunky. I need a good work out to enlongate my muscles or loose inches from my core. I can't really lose it anywhere else or I'll look like I'll tip over. Can you give me any suggestion?....

You don't sound especially overweight, just sturdily built and carrying your weight a little disproportionately, but perhaps if you did some leg workouts with weight resistance, you might build up your lower body to more properly match your upper body. Keep your abdomen in good shape with situps or crunches, then wear clothes that cling to your shape to keep the "dumpy look" from happening to you. (I'm also a 36D and if I wear oversized shirts I look like I wear plus sizes, even though I don't.)

I don't think you can really elongate your muscles and increase your height, but you can stand up straight and perhaps, when going out, you can wear slight heels and long close-fitting skirts or slacks to make your legs look longer.

I too am a 36D. Try yoga or pilates to enlongated your muscels, and you probly wont loose yur cup size.

maybe try ab lounge it work about 30 minutes a day and you will be set in no time
