Unfortunately for you, no there are no clubs in Los Angeles for under-18's. There are hardly any for 18+ for that matter.

you can go to tigerheat, on santa monica and highland. they don't card anyone, unless you are drinking. it is mostly gay, but there are lots of hot chicks there. and the gay guys are pretty conceited and bitchy, but it's all ages.
