The problem with acidic fruits such as grapefruits and lemon used as diuretics, is that too much tends to bring on .. Temperorary upper gastric anyoyences such as heart burn and the chronic sour taste should these juices reflux.
Coffee's,Tea's,Melons,Water,Cranberry juice (great for the urinary tract as well!).Are all excellent natural diuretics.Just make sure you are using duirectics in moderation and always choose low caffinatted or de-caffinated coffee's and tea's,Otherwise caffeine has a tendancy to dehydrate you!!
Allthough beer is a diuretic, Alchol has a tendancy to dehydrate the system as well. Just make sure you are eating a balanced diet and use common sense.Good luck

i think you are thinking of acidics.... but there are a lot of diuretics, tea, coffee, alcohol are all diuretics, but you have to exercise caution when ingesting them regularly, diuretics flush your system before your body has a chance to draw out any of the good things in your digestive system.... you could lose valueable nutrients just from drinking these types of things and it can also dehydrate your body as well

All of the citrus fruits are natural diuretics. Tea is also a diuretic, as, I believe, is coffee.

Water is the absolute best, IMO. Now, I hope you realize that the diuretic is going to make you urinate, not deficate. But, yeah, go with water, drink lots, and lay off the sodium. The salt keeps the water in your body.
