I would venture to say probably not as bad. Men have a lot of nerve endings in that area, and an injury sustained in that are can be very painful, even causing serious, sometimes permanent, damage to the area. When I was nursing, I sustained an injury in my breast and it became very swollen. I imagine it is nothing like the pain a man suffers when injured.
