i've always loved Biblical insults. Biblical insults are so holy. the "dog returning to it's vomit" is one of my favorites.

2Pe 2:22 But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog [is] turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.

there is nothing like calling people puke eating dogs and wallowing pigs to help them see the light.

my assumption of that is giving something valuable to someone that wont appreciate it. giving diamonds to 5 year olds would be much to the same effect.
